We have had a structural engineer come out to house as part of a house sale and they have determined that the chimney breast stack at ends in the loft is improperly supported on gallow brackets and a steel beam needs to be installed to support the stack. This work is required for our house purchase to go through so the earlier the availability the better. We have the engineers report with the calculations and details on request.
