• Durakit, posted on Wednesday 3 November 2021 Hi, Kango/Wolf products are discontinued and have been for more than ten years. Consequently it's hard to get spare parts. However, we could investigate and see how far we get! We start all of our repairs with a payment from the customer of £17.50 + vat for us to collect the machine and investigate the problem. If this is then a lost cause obviously then we don't go any further. However, if the machine can be fixed then that £17.50 is taken off the eventual invoice for the total repair.
