I need a valuation on a right of vehicular access. My property is 20 Main Street Newmilns. My backyard opens onto a plot of private land over which my vehicle could enter onto Bridgend at the gap between the gable end at number six Bridgend and the former bakery. The owner of this land has offered to sell me the right of vehicular access over his property.
