Hello, I am writing regarding an estimate. I am buying a property in Leyland and the home buyer report has come back concerning about the dated electrical system in the house. As it could be a safety risk can, it be overloaded as per the report I would like to renegotiate the asking price with the vendor but the solicitors requested written estimates as a ground to negotiation. Could you provide me with such? - it's not an exact quote im looking for at the moment rather to know approximately what is an average cost for rewiring a 3 beds end terraced house that is about 70 sqm with basic installations. I would need approximately: 12 light switches 20 double sockets possibly a new fuse box anything else that is essential. Kind regards Gabriella
