Closed Repair wool jumper cuffs and sew elbow patches

A favourite Fair Isle jumper needs cuffs repaired. Instead of knitting to repair the cuffs I would like to explore idea of having suede leather sewn onto cuffs as means of repair. Also would like suede leather patches on elbows. The elbows are in good condition.
