We are building a single storey wrap around extension and carrying out internal alterations to our semi-detached house and require a structural engineer. The house is situated on a hill therefore is almost 3 storeys at the rear (there is an under croft). This means the rear part of the extension build will require to be 'built up' creating an extended under croft. The side part will not need this. We are looking for competitive quotes and architects drawings are available on request
