We run a none profit mothers run group for children with special needs and need a hall to hold a fund raising tea party (adults only) with entertainment and a fashion show, for 16th April, there will be about 70 - 100 people attending and will need room for about 10 - 12 round 8 seater tables. We will also need a bar if available.
