Hi, My mother, who lives in Romsey has a near new flat screen tv. She has been unable to see BBC1 or BBC2 for the last couple of days. I have tried helping her via video call (I live in Paris) but it isn't easy to do this. Please would you be able to make a quick visit to sort the problem out... probably just retuning needed. Please let me know your callout charge and how quickly you could do this? Thanks
