I am having difficulty accessing web sites on both computer, I pad and phone. The message "site can not be reached and timed out" appears incessantly. When I phone the sites concerned they do not think that they have any problems and suggest that my systems may be blocking perhaps because of "popups". Also my kit is a few years old now so may be either cluttered or in need of upgrade. The signal is also intermittent and "updates" rarely occur unless I go somewhere with a stronger signal.
