Semi-detached house, built in 1930s. I'm waiting for planning permission for a single storey 14 metre square side-extension for a new kitchen. I'm also planning on altering the internal layout to put a downstairs bathroom. I'm planning on demolishing the existing garage and rebuilding it 1.5M back.
