12 volt, 8 watt, Halfords style vehicle inspection lamps in which the tube has been swapped out for an actinic black light - used for ecology field survey (moth surveys). 5 units have packed up - I am told because the battery must have run low and the electronics gave up! The circuit board only has about 4 or 5 components! Need to swap out dodgy components. Also, can any component be added to prevent future low voltage induced damage? Can send image of board if asked.
