Closed Pond clearance and yard stone laying

We have a largish pond approx. 25 x 10m about 1M deep at maximum lying E to W. It is heavily silted and overgrown, It is fed by several springs and can be emptied by pulling a plug at the western end. Can your team help? Our yard is approx. 15m square and takes 20 tons of 15mm limestone chippings. It also needs refurbishing. Can you help?
