Dear team I am currently in dispute with a builder that has carried out extensive works to my home which involved a 1.5 x 5mtr side extension along side of the rear of my property, along with walls built to accommodate a conservatory. all walls appear to be out of parallel to all existing walls by 30mm plus. I have brought this to the attention of the builder and been ignored. I require a report on the walls confirming that they are or not compliant with industry standards. There is also some concern over floor levels that I would appreciate advice on. Thank you Steve Locke.
