Hi I live in a flat and have a small garden down stairs that is very over grown about 7 foot high of weeds. Firstly I am looking for a price to have it all cut back to look respectable. also for the future I'd like to get a price on having the garden paved or like a concrete to minimize future gardening as I dont have the means or tools to keep it looking tidy. is this something you could discuss with me please. just for reference my flat is owned by housing association L&Q so would I need permission for laying concrete or slabs?... thank you
