A mid terraced Victorian house which has been converted into 2 flats requires a replacement fire escape staircase from the rear garden to the upstairs flat. It is a straight staircase which runs up the side of the wall, with one single handrail to the outer side and with a small approx 1m square landing giving access to the upper flat rear door. Currently in wood, but would like to consider a galvanised steel replacement with non slip treads, subject to price.Would also require fitting.
