Former couple (not married) now split up. Mortgage free property in joint name on Deeds. Ex has offered less than 20% value of property market value. Previous property was bought with ex’s capital, all renovation financed by me, loans ext with me doing work. House realised 50% increase on sale after two years. Ex paid of all her loans and credit cards and I was paid back monies borrowed, which allowed us to buy property in dispute mortgage free. We agreed moving forward to have both our names on deeds.
