Just moved to a new post overseas. My wife and daughter still at home. Marriage broke down last couple of years ago but we agreed to stay together for daughters sake. Last few weeks my wife's behaviour was very different, never at home, always staying out late and avoiding discussion. Now that I'm overseas, a third party has appeared who she claims is providing childcare but who has taken to spoiling my daughter and spending evenings in the house...all of a sudden when I left. Spoke to my wife but she keeps using the childcare line. Need some legal advice on maintaining paternal rights and suspected (but not proven) adultery using my distance as an excuse and cover up.
