Hi, My name is Christian and we had a leak caused by a top floor toilet in a 2 floor property. This has caused a major leak that reached the bottom floor through the walls. This all happened in a matter of hours. I flushed the toilet and I noticed that it didn't stop the water as it normally would. At first I didn't give it much attention, but after I came from having lunch, 3 hours later, I noticed that the middle floor had a big leak coming from the top floor. It all stopped leaking in around 2h and currently at the moment, the walls have a different color. We believe that the leak was caused by the toilet not stopping the water. I had to manually "press" the flush button in a specific way to stop it from putting more water in the toilet. Thank you, Christian
