Closed Car Body potentially rear body Repair & Painting

There is slight damage to the rear right bumper on my bmw 1 series. The model is a 2012 118d sport. Paint has been scratched off and I believe there is a dent and the bumper is now hollow (easy to push inwards) whereas the other side (undamaged side) is firm and doesn't go inwards after pressing it.
