Hi, I am looking to get a mortgage for my grandparents house, we have been offered a price for the house which is 37k (valued at 122k, with 84k discount) due to the length my grandparents have lived in their home. Although, their names would be on the home, I would like to take the mortgage for them. I am looking to bottom 50-60k as work needs to be completed on the house after signing.
