Hi. We are seeking sheltered accommodation for our elderly mum who has a dog. She is 75. Owns her own bungalow of which is getting harder for her to maintain. She hates living there it is in hucknall. She is very down depressed lonely and wants to live in sheltered accommodation near all her 3 daughters in Arnold. Its a massive stress on the whole family. I care for my autistic son and my sister's both work full time. So not able to visit everyday or week. She wants to sell up to enjoy life for once but worries and stresses about even the most minor things. She needs a home where she feels safe. Meet other people her own age. Be near shops. Which would help us feel alot better about her well being as its getting really bad And causing alot of tensions. I have approached gedling borough council who refused her application due to owning her own property. We need help urgently to find her suitable accommodation. Yours sincerely Karen Commons
