I have a neighbour over the back from me. they have attic windows for a bedroom. a daughter sleeps there. she has a boyfriend who is not the nicest of people. yesterday he was shouting at me from the attic. i don't bother them, so why should they bother me. then out of the blue he called me a peodophyl. ( not sure how that is spelt ), then he was taking photos of me on his mobile. i don't know his name, or the householders name. but they live at 34 brisco road. is there anything i can do ?
