I believe I have a pinched/trapped nerve in my right shoulder which is causing pins and needles in my hand. It starts in my right thumb and then moves along all my fingers and finally into the palm of my hand. I am able to relieve the symptoms for a few minutes only by rotating my right shoulder which makes some unpleasant scrunching noises. (I fractured my right arm immediately below the shoulder two and a half years ago.
