Closed Acid edged door panel glass unique design

I have a broken acid edged door panel glass and needs to be replaced. It's a 4 panel door and one of the panel glass has broken into thousands of pieces but still in the frame. I need someone who can design the same ornament and also install the glass. Thank you!
