A function room on the 8th November 2021 from 9am till approx 6pm. For 100 people with a top table to seat approx 10 people. This is our annual AGM. We would need tea and coffee upon arrival and a buffet lunch for 90. Further a small annexe room to seat 10 people is needed for a confidential vote count. A Buffet Lunch will need to be in there for these 10 people. We require parking outside, microphone etc. Regards
