Need to transfer 86 year old patient from temporary accommodation back to her permanent home which has been renovated following a fire. However, she is unsteady on her legs and cannot manage to get down the stairs at the temporary accommodation. Location is Eccleshall, Staffordshire. Transfer is required Friday 17 September
