Looking for 8 UPSs for desktops/monitors in an office environment, as well as 16 10ft universal power cords and 8 3ft c5 power cords. Must be able to: 1. Waive Sales Tax upon quote and purchase (we cannot pay and then claim tax returns): We are able to provide Tax Exemption Form provided by our contracting office for each UK vendor-specific purchase. 2. Waive vendor's terms and conditions (no terms and conditions of sale should be referenced on quote/invoice etc. or we can accept a waiver in writing- email is acceptable). 3.
