a builder carry out some works in my house and when it came to do the final agreed payment we asked hi to complete a snag list from his work and refused to do same as to recive the final payment.he sent another quote after requesting a huge amount of money. now is couple issues need to be discussed as we payd him 2000£ in cash and he doesnt admit he recieve any payment.
