I have a 7 year old Parsons Jack Russell called Louie. He has a lovely nature. However, he pulls constantly on the lead, easily distracted, barks and cries when he sees other dogs. I am wary to let him off the lead over time when people have not been best pleased when he has run up to their dog and got over excited. I think my insecurity has certainly not helped.
