Looking to extend our retail space into what is currently our back storage space, will be looking at seat walls around 8-10 (2.4mx1.2m) panels, a 4x4m room constructing for small storage space and a shower and changing room fitted. Flooring will need to be laid, currently a mix of concrete and old York Stone paving.
