When I switch the TV on. For around the first sixty seconds there are lots of vertical lines and a very loud continue noise then the picture clears and the noise stops. I also have another TV in another room and this one is working fine. Can you give me a price for fitting a new dish and cable length roughly 15 metres. Thanks
