Thank you for giving us the opportunity to get some advice, my wife and I currently live in Southern Spain, my wife had an unsuccessful knee replacement 15 months ago. It has been agreed by the Spanish doctors that a new procedure is essential. I have recently been diagnosed with prostate cancer and am currently recieving treatment. We feel that now is a good time to return to the UK. We are aged 62 and 68 and used to live in Swaleclffe,
