I live on the second floor of a small block of flats; there are 8 flats in a 3 storey building. I am looking to remove a number of internal walls in my flat and the Management Company of the building require a structural report to confirm the proposed work will not have any detrimental impact on the structure of the building. I require a survey and report to be produced that outlines the work to be carried out and impact (if any) on the structure of the building. Please provide the cost of providing such a service and when you would be available to carry the work out.
