my wife is subject to the courtof protection who appointed a solicitor in 2007 as deputy receiver to her assets and who is now retiring and requesting our consent for his firm to continue having claimed over £38,000 in legal fees in just a few years into his receivership.i now wish to sue him for professional misconduct and mismanagement i am putting my case to the court of protection needing support in doing so. we had previously appealed to the court of protection in 2012 to remove the solicitor but in vain, the evidence needs to be studied first to be presented to such a formidible opposition
