Closed Roof needs respraying or remove the clearcoat and reapply , dent around door handle needs pulling out

Pine needle resin has destroyed clearcoat on roof in patches. I think the whole roof needs redoing unless the clearcoat can be stripped and reapplied . Door handle got pushed in abit causing a dent above handle. Its a ford focus st3 08 mk2 in blue.
