I need up to 5 dental implants in the upper back of my mouth to assist with chewing food. I have tried 2 dental plates but just can't get used to them, particularly when eating. Would I be eligible for NHS funding and can you quote me for private treatment and NHS funded treatment please. Many thanks. Anne
