Conservatory door locks and unlocks but will not open. Handle seems loose. Needs to be changed or repaired. I also have another upvc door leading Into the conservatory that I cannot lock as the key has broken in the lock so needs to be replaced. Quote please and timescale for repair. Both happen the same day!
