Hello i need a report indicating the visual state of the property inside and surrounding. i need something relatively basic, indicating visual facts, as i have difficulties with my freeholder who has neglected areas that legally he needed to maintain part of the lease agreement. ie outside drain visually blocked, side land turned to a dump, electrical wires dangling from the ceiling, staircase turned to a death trap with holes in the carpet etc etc. i need a kind of witness statement on obvious neglected matters. nothing major so to speak. i have a budget of 80£. This report won't be used for selling the property or for any technical matters. It will be only a kind of witness statement by an official person so to speak.
