Closed Drain & Sewer Clearance

For some time the sink drainage has been very slow and gurgling. There is probably a blockage owing to the build up of fat from the dishwasher (which is now displaying a fault message when turned on and is making a strange noise when closed, so it is turned off). Unfortunately, the drainage pipe goes the full width of the house, from the back, under a solid kitchen floor, into a covered manhole in the utility room at the front of the house. I have used (several times) HD strong drain cleaner but it has made no difference. We are now desperately in need of professional help.
