I need a simple 'formal' letter to my GP at the local surgery (on Lower Rd). I have increasing health issues and find it ever more difficult to effect sometimes the simplest of tasks, including typing! I have a MacBook Air which had a decent word processing option in it but during the lockdown it became, in effect, 'void' ~ had taken it to Apple in Epsom but still a 'no go' [long story]. The problem I have is I simply do not fully understand the word processing options on this MacBookAir and am just about out of time to get my 'health issues' properly addressed. The letter attempts to outline the previous 5.5yrs med. history, highlight ongoing issues/etc and the intents of the letter [get a comprehensive review of the whole as nothing has worked over the past 5.5yrs]. I have created many a document previously, from letters to poems to project proposals to dissertations, but none on this beautiful MacBookAir!!!
