As above, all areas are existing concrete with some cracks and defects but pretty sound, untouched for 20/30 years. some areas are level with lawn so may need a hard edge fitted. One inspection pit cover would also need raising to thickness of product. I can do some of these jobs first if it increases the price significantly. There are some areas at the rear of the house where rainwater puddles a little so will need attention to levels. An approximate price per metre would be fine at this stage and then I can decide how much to do.
