Closed Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning guttering and overflow

my guttering is coming adrift and the outside wall is getting very wet, also I have a overflow problem. thanks my overflow pipe is pouring with water and I am not able to do it my self, also my guttering is coming adrift which is not doing any good to my brickwork any good.
