I have a 1923 Napoleon hat mechanical pendulum chiming mantel clock West and Whittington. It is fully working and keeps good time and was last serviced about 25 years ago. Recently it has taken to stopping (at no fixed time) and is clearly in need of cleaning and lubrication. Would welcome an idea of price to service please.
