Hi I'm on a lot of medication due to osteoarthritis, I am unable to excercise. Some of the medications cause hunger and I'm finding myself putting on weight which doesn't help my condition. I really need to have hypnotherapy to help me to lose weight, and get better habits. I had hypnotherapy many years ago for smoking, and that was successful after just one session, so I have faith in hypnotherapy.
