I am planning to buy a new build 5 bedroom house in WR6 from a smallish developer. Will have 10 year warranty. The survey is for my peace of mind. No mortgage required. No valuation needed. I know 2 doors are damaged. Some garage roof pointing is poor quality. Please quote cost of survey to look for and list flaws now and possible future issues. Thanks Jason
