I am seeking advice on a family court matter please which has been going on for 4.5 years now with my ex partner who has engaged in systematic parental alienation of my daughter to the point of the courts appointing a cafcass guardian. As I am eligible for Legal Aid I wish to seek urgent advice on this matter as I have recently also lost my license to drive thru financial difficulty and now my ex partner refuses to even arrange travel on her end so I can continue to see my daughter after 4 years of me doing 100% of the travel. I am tired of fighting this guilty until proven innocent battle with the courts and need Legal Advice please.
