Just bought a property and had a survey done and the report suggests possible wall tie failure. The property is a 3 bed detached at Norton Sheffield S8 8JD and was built circa 1956. I'm looking for a quote to carry out any necessary work after an inspection. I'm also looking for quotes for: ~ roofing triangulation not being complete ~ damp on ground floor walls ~ standing water in drains and cracking to concrete path indicates a fault to the drainage ~ flat roof to double garage may need replacing ~ leaking rainwater pipes around house and garage
