I have 5 teeth left in my top gum, 2 of which are loose and the other 3 aren't very good. I did have a partial palate, but it has just broke, I've had it for about 10 years. I would like all my top teeth removed and a complete palate put in. I am 72 years old so my teeth are almost as old as me, they've served me well, but it's time for change!
