  I am 12 weeks post-operative hip replacement. Both feet and ankles swell soon after getting up in the morning and continue to do so throughout the day. Right calf (operated side) is also swollen and becomes very rigid during the day. I sleep with feet elevated but they are still sometimes swollen in the morning and just become more so as the day continues. Reflexology as been suggest as something that may help with the swelling. The swollen feet are affecting the way I walk and hence recovery.Read more
