I am 35 weeks pregnant at the moment and I would really like a 3d or 4d scan to see my baby and be able to bond with him. I know the gender and I have regular growth scans to make sure he's okay and growing properly, I would just like to see my baby in a different form of scan rather than a 2d scan in black and white. I find 2d scans don't really show you what your baby looks like and doesn't really let you bond well with the baby. A 3d or 4d scan would mean I can see my baby properly and maybe get some images of my baby that I can look at in the future and think back to. My sister had a 3d scan at 18 weeks and found out her gender and she said that it made her feel like she was connected with the baby and made her feel happy to be able to see her baby in a different way.Read more
